Big Wheels Keep on Turning! Kathy G. on the Road in Destin

Kathy G & Company recently packed up the trucks, the cars, and the crew and headed down to Destin for an amazing wedding weekend. Ashlee and Paul’s wedding at the Grand at Sandestin was one big bash! We coordinated, directed, and designed the entire weekend’s events. A lovely ceremony on the Grand Lawnwas followed by an elegant seated dinner and a night of dancing to the music of USBand in the Magnolia Ballroom. Congratulations Ashlee and Paul!

Our Sous Chef Anna Hallman Named to Chefs Council!

Chefs from catering companies across the country recently attended the International Caterers Association Catering Symposium in Louisville, Kentucky, where our own sous chef, Anna Hallman, was selected to the ICA’s Culinary Council. Another honor for the Kathy G. team! Way to go, Anna!

Zoo Gala 2009: “Feasts for the Beasts” a Grand Success

Our team pulled of another smashing success for this year’s zoo gala. “Feasts for the Beasts” was the theme for the annual black tie event. Over six hundred guests started the evening with our refreshing Limoncello and Prosecco aperitif, ending it all with our Summer Shortcake Station.
