Turkey-Brie Panini
Thinly Sliced Turkey
Sliced Brie
Candied bacon
Lay the bacon on a cookie sheet and sprinkle with brown sugar.  Bake at 325 degrees until browned and crispy
Cranberry Mayo
In a food processor, pulse ¼ cup dried cranberries until finely chopped.  Add 1 cup mayonnaise and pulse 2-3 times.

Roast Beef – Gorgonzola Panini
Thinly Sliced Roast Beef
Gorgonzola Cheese
Onion Jam
Over a medium flame, sweat 2 red onions with 1 tablespoon of butter.  Add 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar, ¼ cup of red wine vinegar and cook until tender.

Prosciutto-Provolone Panini
Prosciutto di Parma
Roasted Red Peppers, julienned
Provolone Cheese
Pesto Mayo
Combine 1/2 cup Mayonnaise with 1/2 cup prepared Pesto

Vegetable Panini
Assorted Grilled Veggies – Zucchini, squash, Red Onion, Peppers, Mushrooms
Smoked Gouda
Chipotle Mayo
Add Chipotle Tabasco Sauce to 1 Cup Mayonnaise (to taste)

Turkey, Provolone, & Cranberry Sauce
Roast Beef, Swiss Cheese, & Caramelized Onions
Smoked Ham, Gruyere Cheese, & Grainy Mustard

Though brushing your sandwich with Extra Virgin olive oil isn’t mandatory, it certainly makes a good Panini great and turns a great Panini into a life-changing dining experience.

Different types of bread will make different tasting sandwiches, but no single bread is inherently better than the other. It’s really all a matter of personal preference.  We love to use sliced rustic breads, crusty sourdough, French baguettes, Ciabatta, or traditional Italian loaves.
